TSA Worker Scott Wilson: Another TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography

TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography: Yet another TSA screener has been exposed as a pervert after police raided the Maryland home of 41-year-old TSA screener Scott Wilson and discovered videos and photos of child pornography contained on over two dozen different storage devices.TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography

“A “forensic preview” of Wilson’s two computers (as well as various storage devices found in a locked safe) revealed a variety of videos and photos “depicting prepubescent females engaged in sexually explicit conduct with adults,” reports The Smoking Gun. Another TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography .

TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography

Wilson the TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography , who was responsible for screening cargo on commercial flights, has been freed on $250,000 bail after DHS officials found obscene images and videos on 31 separate storage devices. It is not known whether his TSA role included conducting pat downs of children, which the TSA asserts it has discontinued for under-12′s yet are still occurring on a regular basis.

Given the clear pattern of TSA workers being caught engaged in acts of criminality, with a particular emphasis on sexual harassment towards women and children, anecdotal evidence suggests that perverts are being attracted to work with the TSA because the role affords them the opportunity to grope, harass and intimidate the targets of their perversion.

TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography is a Pattern?

Indeed, when a You Tube user called the TSA looking for a job while pretending to be a sexual deviant as a satire piece, he was treated seriously by a TSA staffer.TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography

In March 2010, it emerged that TSA worker Sean Shanahan, who was employed at Boston Logan International Airport to pat down passengers, had been charged with multiple child sex crimes targeting an underage girl.

Similarly, 57-year-old Charles Henry Bennett, who worked at Orlando International Airport as a TSA screener, was arrested in November 2010 in connection with the molestation of a 6-year-old girl whom he planned to make his “sex slave”.

2011 Has seen A explosion in TSA Crimes as yet another TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography

2011 has seen an explosion in cases of TSA criminality, including agents abusing their power to sexually harass women. Last month, 52-year-old TSA worker Harold Glen Rodman allegedly approached a woman in full uniform before flashing his badge and proceeding to brutally rape and sodomize her. Now we have another TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography, another sexual crime!

Earlier this year, a TSA agent in Connecticut was charged with harassment after he posed as a cop by flashing his badge at a woman in an attempt to intimidate her into driving faster.

With Congress having approved a massive increase in funding for the TSA’s VIPR program, which will see a further expansion of TSA checkpoints at bus depots, train stations, highways, sports events and numerous other public places, over 9300 of which have already taken place this year, we can expect more perverts hired for the job of shaking down Americans in 2012. More TSA Worker Crimes as a TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography, so whats the U.S. Government do? Hire more TSA workers and expand the violations of our constitution!

No major net work coverage of a TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography

It remains to be seen whether anti-TSA lobbyists will be successful in eroding the power of the federal agency by pointing to a new FBI directive that defines penetration, “no matter how slight,” using any part of the body, as a rape offense. We are living in a tyranny! They ty to hide TSA Crimes! Example: TSA Employee Caught Downloading Child Pornography!

Another example of TSA Crimestsa crimes

Yet another example of a TSA agent engaging in rampant crimes and believing themselves to be above the law emerged yesterday, when 52-year-old TSA worker Harold Glen Rodman allegedly approached a woman in full uniform before flashing his badge and proceeding to brutally rape and sodomize her.

TSA Crimes Video

TSA Agent Arrested For Rape More TSA Crimes

“Police arrested Rodman on Nov. 20. He is charged with the crimes of aggravated sexual battery, object sexual penetration, forcible sodomy and abduction with intent to defile,” reports ABC 7 News. More TSA Crimes?

“Police said the victim reported that she and a friend were in the 10500 block of Winfield Loop in Manassas when the suspect approached them. The suspect flashed a badge and sexually assaulted the victim before fleeing on foot, police said.”

The Transportation Security Administration confirmed that Rodman worked for the agency but refused to say where or in what capacity. This man is just one of many examples of TSA crimes!

As we have documented, this certainly not the first time a TSA agent has abused their position of authority to wantonly break the law. TSA crimes are stacking up!

Earlier this year, a TSA agent in Connecticut was charged with harassment after he posed as a cop by flashing his badge at a woman in an attempt to intimidate her into driving faster, more TSA crimes.

This is by no means restricted to two isolated incidents. Every week brings a new TSA crimes horror story. Given the epidemic of harassment, criminality and abuse that TSA agents have been caught engaging in both on the job and off-duty, it’s not surprising that the rollout of an army of TSA agents to provide “security” at every level of American society, from train stations to bus terminals, from highways to high school proms, is stoking concerns that the federal agency is set to become the de facto “civilian national security force” that Barack Obama promised in his pre-election speech. Obama supports TSA Crimes?

There is a whole army of TSA workers who think that because they are given a shiny badge and a blue uniform that makes them above the law and allows them to engage in criminal acts and sexual deviancy. That they think they can get away with intimidating the public into following their every order, even to the point of sexual assault, underscores the mindset of a nation fast sinking into an authoritarian police state with T^SA crimes just a small example.

What kind of training must the feds be giving TSA agents to produce such a prolific streak of criminality and abuse of power? Or on the other hand is it more to do with the fact that sexual deviants and criminals are attracted to a job that allows them to fondle and abuse women and children? TSA crimes are part of the job?

Either way, such stories illustrate what an odious and reprehensible agency the TSA has become and why it should be completely abolished, especially considering the fact that these state-hired goons are now roaming bus terminals, train stations and highways. If you think you can avoid this by not flying, think again, You can not avoid TSA crimes.

The fact that scandal and criminal behavior involving TSA agents continually gets swept under the carpet while the establishment media ignores the clear evidence that this is an epidemic of abuse illustrates the reality that the TSA is designed to be an occupying force whose primary role is to oppress and abuse the American people which is a prime example of a TSA crimes agenda.

TSA SCREENER FIRED

Federal agency caves to public outrage

TSA SCREENER FIRED FOR LEAVING EMBARRISING NOTE IN BAGGAGE

In a rare example of the federal agency caving to public outrage, the TSA has been forced to fire the screener who left a lewd message in lawyer Jill Filipovic’s checked bag after conducting an inspection and finding a sex toy.TSA SCREENER FIRED

After arriving at her hotel, Filipovic discovered that her bag had been searched and a TSA inspection form had been amended with the words “GET YOUR FREAK ON GIRL” written on the reverse side.

Having initially only suspended the TSA screener responsible, the federal agency was forced to go a step further only after the story went viral and caused substantial public outrage.

TSA SCREENER FIRED AFTER PUBLIC OUTRAGE

“[The TSA] has initiated action to remove the individual from federal service,” a TSA spokesperson said. “Like all federal employees, this individual is entitled to due process and protected by the Privacy Act. During the removal action process, the employee will not perform any screening duties.”

Ironically, the TSA refuses to reveal the name or gender of the culprit, citing the Privacy Act.

Filipovic rightly suggests that the TSA’s decision to lay the blame on one person only serves to hide the all-pervading disregard for privacy within the whole agency.

It’s easy to scape-goat one individual here, but the problem with the note is that it’s representative of the bigger privacy intrusions that the U.S. government, through the TSA and other sources, levels every day,” wrote Filipovic. “The invasion is inherent to the TSA’s mission, regardless of whether a funny note is left behind — the note only serves to highlight the absurdity of all this security theater. As much as this is a funny and titillating story, when I put the note on Twitter for what I thought was a relatively limited audience I was hoping it would open up a bigger conversation about privacy rights (or lack thereof) in post-9/11 America.”

THE TSA SCREENER FIRED IS ONE OF SEVERAL CAUGHT VIOLATING LAWS

Meanwhile, yet more TSA agents have been caught engaging in criminal activity, in this case stealing cash from a checked bag at John F. Kennedy Airport.

44-year-old Coumar Persad, of Queens, and 31-year-old Davon Webb, of the Bronx, pleaded guilty to grand larceny yesterday after admitting to stealing $40,000 dollars after spotting the cash in a bag that was being X-rayed.

As TSA CRIMES Has documented, the overwhelming instances of unlawful activity on behalf of TSA agents that have been made public clearly indicates that crooks are being attracted to the job because it gives them ample opportunity to satisfy their criminal tendencies, particularly in the context of theft and sexual molestation.

The TSA is nothing more than a agency ment to break the will of the people. The offshore banker controlled U.S. Government is doing all it can to force a agenda of tyranny on the American people and those whom visit, unless they are a illegal!

End result TSA SCREENER FIRED

Ms. Filipovic is a brave soul to endure the public embarrisment of making this terrible incident a very public issue. Thank god the end result was another criminal TSA SCREENER FIRED!

Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious In 2009

Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious For Sure

Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious, DHS chief tells House committee she had nothing to do with gun running scandal, when she helped launch precursor to the program in 2009

Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious, Despite telling a House Judiciary Committee yesterday that she only learned of operation Fast and Furious in December last year when the controversy went public, Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano actually helped launch the previous incarnation of the program, Project Gunrunner, at a White House press conference in March 2009.

Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious 2009 Video

Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious, at one point likening the questioning to a cross-examination, said repeatedly she only learned of “Fast and Furious” after Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed in December,” reports Fox News. “She emphasized the operation, conceived and run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, “was an ATF operation,” under the auspices of the Justice Department, not her department.”Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious

Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious And The ATF Plans To Put Guns In The Hands of Mexican Drug Lords

However, as the video above documents, not only that Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious of the ATF program to put guns into the hands of Mexican drug lords, she actually helped launch the previous incarnation of it, Project Gun Runner, at a White House press conference alongside Deputy Attorney General David Ogden in March 2009.

Operation Fast and Furious, which began in the fall of 2009, was merely an offshoot of Project Gun Runner, which was the umbrella program for a series of gun running projects under the ATF that stretched back to 2006.

In the 2009 video, Napolitano clearly explains the process of using the eTrace system to track guns as they went into Mexico under Project Gunrunner. This same system would later be used for the subsequent phase of the same overarching program, Operation Fast and Furious, Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious as she helped with operations.

Of course, the entire notion of the federal government tracking the firearms in order to target Mexican drug cartels lost credibility when it was revealed that when the guns reached the border “the agency seemed to lose track of the weapons,”which were later used to kill border patrol agent Brian Terry and other innocent people. Of the 2,000 guns knowingly released by ATF agents, 1400 were never recovered.

Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious But Lied!

During yesterday’s testimony, Napolitano also dubiously claimed that she had not spoken to Attorney General Eric Holder about Fast and Furious.

Contrary to his Congressional testimony, records show that Holder was sent briefings on Fast and Furious by both Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer and the National Drug Intelligence Center in July 2010, almost a year before he told a Judiciary Committee hearing, “I’m not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.”

Napolitano’s claim that she knew nothing of Fast and Furious until it hit the news headlines is almost certainly a brazen lie, since she was responsible for launching the previous incarnation of the same program less than two years earlier. If the DHS chief is found to have lied under oath, she is guilty of perjury and obstruction of justice, and faces a jail sentence of a minimum of five years. Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious!

TSA Chief Lied: Pistole Should Face Felony Charges For Lying to Lawmakers

Paul Joseph Watson, TSA Chief Lied edited by TSA Crimes admin

TSA Chief LiedTSA Chief Lied

TSA head John Pistole the TSA Chief Lied and has been caught brazenly lying to the American people yet again, after the TSA openly violated its own policy on child pat downs in the case of a six-year-old boy traveling to Disneyland who became upset after being hand-searched by TSA screeners.

TSA Chief Lied stating Child Pat Downs Were Eliminated

The TSA first announced that it had “eliminated pat downs for children under 12″ in November last year. Has the TSA chief Lied?

“We’ve heard the concerns that have been expressed and agree that children under 12 should not receive that pat-down,” Pistole said on NBC’s “Today Show” almost eight months ago.Pistole the  TSA Chief Lied saying pat downs of children would stop.

Despite this supposed change in policy, the TSA continued to flagrantly violate its own rules and conduct pat downs of young children, including Anna Drexel, of Bowling Green, Ky., who was subjected to a full grope down by a TSA agent in early April. The TSA also defended the actions of two of it’s agents who were photographed conducting a full body pat down on an eight-month old baby at Kansas City International Airport in May, saying they were adhering to procedure, the TSA Chief Lied about policy.

Having already announced and then violated its own policy change on numerous occasions, the TSA then repeated the same ploy at the height of the pat down controversy in Texas, in an effort to derail momentum that was building behind a bill that would have outlawed invasive screening methods conducted throughout the state as the TSA Chief Lied yet again about TSA policy.

During a June 22 Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, Pistole the TSA Chief Lied and told lawmakers, “We have changed the policy to say that there’ll be repeated efforts made to resolve that without a pat-down,” adding that the policy would apply to under-12′s.

However, within 24 hours this rule change was already being violated, after a six-year-old boy was hand-searched twice at Washington SeaTac airport, proving the TSA Chief Lied. The boy was en-route to Disneyland with his family when he was pulled out of line for a pat down, with TSA agents justifying the search due to their concerns about his handheld video console, which had already passed through x-ray screening.

TSA Chief Lied: TSA Treat six year old like Terrorist

They just treated him like he’s a terrorist- he’s  a six year old boy,’ his father Alex Long told King5 News. The TSA Chief Lied about policy apparently.

Immediately after the pat down, the boy started  crying and told his mother Jenine Michaelis that he didn’t want to go to  Disneyland anymore. Michaelis was unsure how to react given that they had taught  the child to be wary of strangers touching his body. The TSA Chief Lied about the policy of not groping children under 12!

“We all talk to our kids about improper touching –  somebody shouldn’t touch you unless you want to be touched,” Michaelis said.

“We didn’t have any time to talk to him about what they were  really doing.”

TSA chief lied, John Pistole has now publicly lied to the American  people on two separate occasions just on this issue alone. The second instance  occurred in front of elected Senators.

At the very least Pistole TSA Chief Lied about policy should be immediately stripped of his  job, but Pistole should also face felony charges for lying to lawmakers.

Major League Baseball player Roger Clemens is currently  on trial for perjury, false statements and obstruction of Congress after he lied  to lawmakers about using steroids. Clemens lied about using drugs, whereas  Pistole, who should be held to a higher standard, lied about a federal policy  that affects all Americans. Why does Pistole not get punished,   The TSA Chief Lied to congress .

Pistole has clearly deceived the American people on at least  two manifestly provable occasions, the TSA Chief Lied. After telling lawmakers twice that child pat  downs had been eliminated, the TSA is still carrying on the practice. Like  Clemens, Pistole should be facing charges of perjury, false statements and  obstruction of Congress.

The TSA Chief Lied plain and simple!

TSA Agent Stealing TSA Agent Stealing

While most Transportation Security Administration employees are busy groping people or taking naked pictures of them, the cops say one of those employees was putting fliers’ electronics down his pants, a TSA Agent Stealing .

Here is a Video of a similar Case in Florida also

TSA Agent Stealing: 30-year-old Nelson Santiago stole around $50,000 worth of electronics

The Broward Sheriff’s Office says 30-year-old Nelson Santiago stole around $50,000 worth of electronics over the past six months from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport’s Terminal 1. This TSA Agent Stealing example is just one of many we have posted!

TSA Agent Stealing Nelson Santiago had been a TSA Officer since 2009

Santiago — a TSA officer since 2009 — was caught earlier this week by a Continental Airlines employee taking an iPad out of someone’s luggage and stuffing it into his pants, the cops say, this is a TSA Agent Stealing from passengers.

After being arrested Monday on two counts of grand theft, police say Santiago admitted to stealing computers, GPS devices, video cameras, and other electronic merchandise from luggage he was supposed to be screening. He was just another TSA Agent Stealing!

The cops say Santiago would immediately take pictures of his new goods and upload the photos online to sell the stuff. A TSA Agent Stealing, and bragging about it!

Santiago, a TSA Agent Stealing, would typically sell the stolen goods to people before his shift was even over, police say.

BSO detectives estimate that Santiago’s haul totaled $50,000 over the past six months for this TSA Agent Stealing.

The cops are looking for people whose stuff has been stolen, although they say the chances of  getting the stuff back are slim from this TSA Agent Stealing from passengers.

Santiago the TSA Agent Stealing, was released from jail on bond, although police say more charges against him are pending.

According to police, Santiago The TSA Agent Stealing, no longer works with the TSA.

The TSA employs a TSA Agent Stealing from passengers! Their is no apology from the TSA on this trend of dirty TSA Agent Stealing! This agency is tyrannical, they grope, sexually molest, radiate people with scanners, and bully people with threats and other intimidation tactics. Our government responds by increasing the funding for these bozos! Where is Big Sis Janet Napolitano? I do not hear her condemning this agents actions. Home Land security has created these monsters and forced the American public to live with this Tyranny!

This is just the latest case of a TSA Agent Stealing !

Libertarian Party Asks Florida Sherriffs To Arrest TSA Agents tsa patdown 2woman 237x300

The proposed arrest TSA agents agenda

The Libertarian Party of Florida has written to the sheriff of every county in  the state demanding that they arrest TSA agents whom conduct an “enhanced”  pat-down on charges of sexual battery.

“We, The People of the State of Florida must turn  to you as our last line of defense against a federal government that is usurping  authority and ignoring the rule of law.” the letter, signed by party chairman  Adrian Wyllie, states and asks for the Arrest of TSA agents in violation.

Arrest TSA agents whom Violate the 4th Amendment

The party cites electronic and bodily searches  carried out on Florida citizens as “egregious” violations of the Fourth  Amendment, as well as Article One, Section 12 of the Florida Constitution, which  prohibits searches and seizures without probable cause. We ask for the arrest of TSA agents who violate this law.

The letter, which was also emailed to 67 sheriffs  across the state, points out that under Florida law searches carried out by TSA  agents fall within the definition of felony sexual battery and they should arrest TSA agents whom violate the law..

Draft for the arrest TSA agents that violate the law

The letter states:

it is a first degree felony when sexual battery is  committed by a law enforcement agent in paragraph 4(g), which  reads:

“When the offender is a law enforcement officer, correctional  officer, or correctional probation officer as defined by s. 943.10(1), (2), (3),  (6), (7), (8), or (9), who is certified under the provisions of s. 943.1395 or  is an elected official exempt from such certification by virtue of s. 943.253,  or any other person in a position of control or authority in a probation,  community control, controlled release, detention, custodial, or similar setting,  and such officer, official, or person is acting in such a manner as to lead the  victim to reasonably believe that the offender is in a position of control or  authority as an agent or employee of government.”

Urging the sheriffs to remember the oath they have  sworn to protect the Constitution, the party notes that

“As Sheriff, you have the absolute duty to enforce  the law uniformly and without prejudice. You are, at best, engaged in selective  enforcement by choosing to further ignore these flagrant violations of federal  and state law. At worst, you are complicit.”

The full text of the letter is included at the  foot of this article.

In November we reported that current chief deputy DA and  incoming DA of San Mateo County Steve Wagstaffe announced that his office will  prosecute & possibly arrest TSA agents who engage in lewd and lascivious behavior while conducting Homeland Security mandated pat downs at the San Francisco  International Airport in San Mateo County.

TSA agents are not law-enforcement officials with  arrest powers, although they do wear uniforms and police style badges that  suggest this is the case, a fact that has angered sworn officers who have expressed concerns that airline passengers  will mistake screeners for police.

Since the Texas bill to prohibit TSA groping  failed to pass last week, there has been a renewed effort to bring further  attention to the issue. The arrest TSA agents policy should be put in place.

As we reported yesterday, Congressman Ron Paul  will re-introduce his American Traveler Dignity Act into the House this  week in the hope that other lawmakers will support the effort to establish that  airport security screeners are not immune from any US law regarding physical  contact with another person, making images of another person, or causing  physical harm through the use of radiation emitting from machinery. The arrest of TSA agents whom violate the law should be part of this new policy.

“They are not above laws the rest of us must  obey.” Paul urged. “As we continue to see more and more outrageous stories of  TSA abuses and failures, I hope that my colleagues within the House will listen  to their constituents and join with me to support this legislation. ” The  Congressman added. Some of the violations should result in the arrest of TSA agents!

Full text of LIbertarian Party Of  Florida’s letter:

Dear Sheriff,

On this day in 1776, our  forebears founded this Nation by declaring their independence from an oppressive  government. This beautiful and timeless document expressed the self-evident  truth that all people have certain inalienable rights, upon which no government  can infringe. They asserted that governments are formed among men to secure  these rights, not to impede or restrict them.

The Libertarian Party of  Florida is reaching out to you, and to all of Florida’s 67 Constitutional  Sheriffs. We, The People of the State of Florida must turn to you as our last  line of defense against a federal government that is usurping authority and  ignoring the rule of law.

I am referring specifically to the  Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and their egregious violations of  the United States Constitution, as well as the Florida Constitution and state  law.

Every single day, TSA employees conduct electronic and bodily  searches upon tens of thousands of Florida citizens and visitors at airports,  and more recently at bus terminals, rail stations, and highways. They are  searching the persons and seizing the effects of travelers without warrant or  probable cause. Specifically, they are in blatant violation of the Fourth  Amendment to the United States Constitution, which reads as follows:

“The  right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,  against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no  Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation,  and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things  to be seized.”

These TSA agents are also in clear violation of Article  One, Section 12 of the Florida Constitution, which reads as  follows:

“Searches and seizures.— The right of the people to be secure in  their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and  seizures, and against the unreasonable interception of private communications by  any means, shall not be violated. No warrant shall be issued except upon  probable cause, supported by affidavit, particularly describing the place or  places to be searched, the person or persons, thing or things to be seized, the  communication to be intercepted, and the nature of evidence to be  obtained.”

In addition, one of the methods by which the TSA agents  conduct these searches, referred to as the “Enhanced Pat Down,” is clearly  within the definition of felony sexual battery, as codified in Florida Statute  794.011.

I would like to point out that this statute clearly defines that  it is a first degree felony when sexual battery is committed by a law  enforcement agent in paragraph 4(g), which reads:

“When the offender is a law enforcement officer, correctional officer, or correctional probation officer as defined by s. 943.10(1), (2), (3), (6), (7), (8), or (9), who is certified under the provisions of s. 943.1395 or is an elected official exempt from such certification by virtue of s. 943.253, or any other person in a position of control or authority in a probation, community control, controlled release, detention, custodial, or similar setting, and such officer, official, or person is acting in such a manner as to lead the victim to reasonably believe that the offender is in a position of control or authority as an agent or employee of government.”

As Sheriff, you have the absolute duty to enforce the law  uniformly and without prejudice. You are, at best, engaged in selective  enforcement by choosing to further ignore these flagrant violations of federal  and state law. At worst, you are complicit.

If you have TSA agents within  your county that are violating the law, then you must act. Warn the TSA agents  that they are subject to arrest if they continue to violate the law. Should they  continue, then you must begin making arrests.

We urge you to remember the  oath you took to support, protect and defend the Constitution of both the State  of Florida and the United States of America. On behalf of all Floridians, the  Libertarian Party of Florida calls on you to do exactly that.

We turn to  you, our Constitutional Sheriffs, to enforce the law in accordance with your  sworn duty.

Sincerely,

Adrian Wyllie, Chairman

TSA Violates Policy of its own To Stem Tide Of Pat Down Abuse Footage

The TSA violates its own policy of allowing passengers to filmTSA Violates
security checkpoints by intimidating them before they land in a bid to stop
viral YouTube videos embarrassing the federal agency.

TSA Violates Policy

Hot on the heels of its attempted cover-up surrounding the dangers of naked body
scanners, the TSA has been caught in yet another act of public deception. The
TSA Violates Policy, telling passengers before they land that
filming TSA security checkpoints is prohibited, contrary to the TSA’s own public
policy, in an apparent effort to stem the tide of viral videos showing TSA
harassment that have saturated the Internet and caused a public relations
crisis. TSA Violates Policy which is business as usual for the TSA.

“My plane was taxiing into the gate at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport
when the end-of-flight announcements came on. Seatbacks in upright position,
trays closed and locked, baggage under the seats, you know the drill,” writes
Atlanta-based epidemiologist Cameron Salisbury.

“This time there was something new: “No recording devices of any kind allowed
in the security area”. This is how the TSA Violates Policy these days in a
attempt to stop passengers from filming YouTube videos.

TSA Violates Policy that allows photos or video  of TSA screening
Checkpoints

The TSA’s own website states that taking photos or video of TSA screening
checkpoints is not prohibited. Why the TSA Violates Policy that has been in
place, is to stop YouTube videos?

“We don’t prohibit public, passengers or press from photographing,
videotaping, or filming at screening locations as  TSA Violates Policy . You can
take pictures at our checkpoints as long as you’re not interfering with the
screening process or slowing things down. We also ask that you do not film or
take pictures of our monitors,” states an advisory posted on the TSA blog. The
TSA Violates Policy that they officially have practiced with this new no filming
agenda.

The effort to intimidate passengers from filming TSA screening checkpoints
literally “on the fly” and the as TSA violates its own stated policy,  this
is an obvious attempt to stem the tidal wave of viral videos that have flooded
YouTube in recent months and prompted a public relations nightmare for the
federal agency.

This appears to be little more than an underhanded effort to save the TSA
from embarrassment and reduce the excessive amount of man hours that have been
dedicated to attempting to rebut scandal after scandal as the TSA Violates
Policy.

TSA Violates Policy Due to Bad Publicity

The TSA is patently overwhelmed with the tsunami of bad publicity it has
received over the course of the past 12 months and is now callously and perhaps
illegally weaving in unrelated and contradictory demands to not record pat-downs
with standard flight safety procedures as the TSA Violates Policy.

One of the most recent examples was the case of a woman who became upset and
began screaming after she claimed TSA agents at Sky Harbor International airport
in Phoenix had fondled her breasts. As her son Ryan Miklus filmed the ordeal he
was threatened by numerous airport officials for using a recording device. This
was as the TSA Violates Policy. After our write-up of the story was picked up by
the DrudgeReport, the piece became the second most read news article on the
entire internet for that day, prompting the TSA to issue a response to TSA
Violates Policy claims and videos.

TSA agents also threatened Phil Mocek with arrest after he began filming an
incident at Albuquerque International airport in November of 2009. Mocek was
later acquitted by an Albuquerque jury of all four misdemeanor counts against
him which related to his refusal to show ID and obey a police officer. A YouTube
clip of the incident shows TSA agents involving law enforcement after they
falsely claimed that Mocek was not allowed to record the encounter this a TSA
Violates Policy case of the extreme.

Despite the fact that TSA Violates Policy, in clear violation of their own
stated policy, routinely harass people who film airport pat-downs, it is not a
crime to record airport security procedures. Given the epidemic of TSA abuse,
one might characterize it as a civic duty, especially in light of the TSA’s
apparent effort to stem the tide of such footage by intimidating passengers
against such actions before they even land as the TSA Violates Policy.

TSA violates Policy of its own Agenda continues on.

TSA Budget Cut of 270 million

Days after a top TSA official conceded that the agency would be forced to reconsider its policies in the aftermath of a nationwide backlash against invasive screening procedures, the agency was dealt another two huge blows yesterday with the news that the TSA budget cut by $270 million, in addition to the return of a bill in Texas that would make grope-downs a felony.

The Texas bill that would have made invasive TSA pat-downs in the state a felony, legislation that was nixed after the Justice Department issued a threat to shut down Texas airports and impose a federal blockade, has risen again like a phoenix from the flames.

Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, the man responsible for turning Senators away from the bill which had looked set to pass having sailed through the House unanimously, has reversed his position and “asked Gov. Rick Perry to include the measure in a special session of the Texas legislature,” reports The Hill.

TSA Budget Cut: Texas Lt. Gov. Dewhurst has Change of Heart

Texas state Rep. David Simpson (R), one of the main backers of the bill, told visitors to his Facebook page that Dewhurst has had a “change of heart,” which may have something to do with the firestorm of criticism the Lt. Governor received after his actions, in addition to promises by Simpson and others to oppose Dewhurst’s future political aspirations in the state.

“The Lt. Gov. sent a letter to Gov. Perry asking him to include the TSA bill HB 1937 in the special session!,” Simpson wrote on the website. “Please call the Governor and tell him you agree with Lt. Gov. Dewhurst!” TSA Budget Cut, Dewhurst change of heart are positive changes.

There shouldn’t even be a debate as to whether or not TSA workers can stick their hands down your pants or fondle a woman’s breasts. Not even a police officer or an FBI agent can legally lay a hand on you unless it’s in the course of an arrest. Though welcomed, there isn’t even any need for a law to be passed in Texas, all state police have to do is enforce existing laws.

As Steve Wagstaffe, the District Attorney in San Mateo County, told Alex Jones last year, merely touching someone against their will is a felony in California, just as it is in Texas and across the country.

“If it is skin to skin, if someone were to take their hand and put it underneath somebody’s blouse and touch someone inappropriately and go skin to skin, that’s a felony, and if it’s done simply over the clothing, according to California law, that’s a misdemeanor,” said Wagstaffe.

If police merely did their job and enforced existing laws by arresting TSA agents who molest Americans, whether that be in airports, at train stations, highways, bus terminals, prom nights or wherever else TSA workers are used, then there would be no need for new legislation. The TSA Should Be Abolished not just a little TSA Budget cut!

House Votes to TSA Budget Cut

In a related story, the number of TSA screeners groping children and searching babies’ diapers at security checkpoints not just at airports, but also proms, highways, train stations and bus depots, is set to be cut by 10 per cent after the Republican-controlled House voted 219 to 204 to a TSA budget Cut of $270 million, a move opposed by Democrats and union leaders.

The TSA Budget cut was part of a homeland security budget bill for fiscal year 2012. The House also voted 218 to 205 to prevent the TSA from collective bargaining with its workers. Both amendments now move to the Senate.

The deluge of negative press that the TSA has been forced to endure over the course of the last year is finally starting to cause cracks in the facade of the federal agency.

As we reported yesterday, TSA Field Operations Manager Scott Johnson said that the agency was considering changing its screening techniques during a meeting with lawmakers in Alaska. The TSA Budget cut is a sign of things to come.

TSA Tyranny in Texas

TSA Tyranny in Texas: D.O.J. threatens to suspend all flights if TSA anti molestation law is passedTSA Tyranny in Texas

Texas Senator Dan Patrick  introduced a bill to stop TSA Groping and make it illegal for security personal including the TSA to Grope citizens in Texas. House Bill 1937, which would make it a state crime for security screeners to intrusively grope the people they are screening at airports or other public buildings. The senator had first a hand experience with this TSA Tyranny in Texas and was horrified by the way he and his family were treated by TSA personal. This was the straw that broke the camels back for Senator Patrick.

In response to this bill the D.O.J. sent this official response from U.S. Attorney John  Murphy of San Antonio warned: “Texas has no authority to regulate  federal agents and employees in the performance of their federal duties or  to pass a statute that conflicts with federal law.” He noted that the  federal government would seek a court order to prevent enforcement of the  law if passed, and “TSA would likely be required to cancel any flight  or series of flights for which it could not ensure the safety of the  passengers and crew.”  In response to this action Texas Republican  Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst desided to stop this bill in the senate.  The Lt. Gov. Drewhurst felt the need for air transportation was more important than the constitutional rights of Texas citizens that the TSA Tyranny in Texas agenda is violating. This has caused a rare public fight among senate members and leaders. Senators rarely  criticize their presiding officer, and the presiding officer almost never lobbies against a senator’s bill after it is brought up for debate. The federal government rarely sends a official statement on States senate bills threatening the senate .
